Our Interview Process

At John Edwards Inc, we believe interviews should be a two-way conversation — a chance for us to get to know you and for you to learn if our culture, opportunities, and values align with your career goals. Here’s what you can expect:

This first conversation is designed to get to know you better — your career aspirations, strengths, and values. We’ll also introduce you to who we are, what we do, and how you could contribute to our mission of elevating customer experiences.

Qualified candidates are invited to both preliminary + second interviews conducted fully over Zoom. Here, you’ll meet members of our hiring team, and get a closer look at the role. This stage helps you understand what day-to-day responsibilities look like, while giving us a chance to hear how you would interact in a customer-facing role.

Based on feedback from both meetings, we will make a decision regarding employment within 48 hours after the completion of the second interview. The goal is to craft a mutually beneficial scenario – if it’s the right fit on both sides, you’ll receive an offer and begin your career journey with John Edwards Inc.

Entry Level Sales Representative/Events

About Us:

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong customer base using proven sales strategy (training provided).
  • Identify and use multiple selling strategies to develop a customer base.
  • Deliver sales presentations face to face with customers at table events, trade shows, movie theater premieres, and retail partners.
  • Develop a customer base by focusing on building strong relationships.
  • Track and analyze sales numbers for performance.
  • Work with management to develop sales strategies.
  • Train and develop new employees and host corporate training classes.
  • Salesforce training provided.

Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM [Full Time]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 – $1,000.00 per week
