Alicia graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, providing a strong foundation for her role in talent acquisition and HR management. From her hometown of Sicklerville, NJ, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge and an empathetic approach to fostering a positive workplace culture and helping our team grow.
Outside of work, Alicia is an avid collector of antiques and vinyl records, pursuits that highlight her appreciation for history and craftsmanship. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly gardening, hiking, and exploring new trails. Her love for adventure extends to travel, as she strives to visit three new countries in the coming years.
Alicia balances her active hobbies with the joy of spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Beans. Her personal goal is to build up enough savings to make a down payment on a house within the next five years, reflecting her long-term vision and commitment to growth both personally and professionally.
