This momentum was reflected in several major milestones, including entering the Million Dollar Club and opening a new office in Southern Illinois in April! These achievements marked an important step in our company’s expansion and demonstrated the strength of the systems, leadership, and teamwork driving results across markets.
Leadership development remained a priority, with team members stepping into new roles and taking on greater ownership within their markets. One notable advancement was the promotion of Cody Fragd to Assistant Manager, highlighting consistent performance, leadership growth, and readiness for increased responsibility. These milestones reflected not only business growth but also the effectiveness of our training and mentorship structure.

A notable moment came when our Founder, Sean Sweeney, received a $5,000 bonus from our client broker in recognition of his performance, leadership, and commitment to excellence. This recognition reinforced the importance of strong leadership and its role in setting standards across the organization.
