550 Sales in One Week: How John Edwards Inc Set Its Record Week of 2026

This fall, our John Edwards Inc team in Illinois put up more than 550 sales in a single week, our best week of 2026. Our team set out to break an office record, and they pushed each other the whole way there. Here’s how that week came together and what it says about where we’re headed for the rest of the year.

What 550 Sales in a Week Looks Like

The goal going in was ambitious: break our office record and take the No. 1 spot out of 46 offices. Team members stayed late to keep conversations going, and the numbers added up fast.

We finished second out of 46 that week, just short of the top spot. Still, it was our strongest week of the year, and it showed what this team can do when everyone pulls in the same direction.

What Our Team Did Differently

Two things set this week apart. The first was effort. People were willing to stay late and finish strong instead of calling it a day early.

The second was motivation. Our upcoming development trip to Los Angeles was on the line, and team members worked to earn a spot. Having something specific to work toward gave every long day a clear purpose.

The People Who Led the Way at John Edwards Inc

A record week takes the whole team, but a few performances stood out:

  • Thomas Campbell made 28 sales in a single day.
  • Keely Roberts finished the week with more than 50 sales.
  • Sean Sweeney, our President, jumped in to help and contributed more than 30 sales himself.

Leaders who work alongside their team set the tone, and Sean’s week is a great example of that.

Why a Record Week Matters

A week like this reflects something bigger than one number. Competition is one of our core values, along with integrity, leadership, resilience, ambition, and development, and this week put that value on full display.

As Sean put it, “Iron sharpens iron. With a team of highly driven people going above and beyond, everyone’s standards rise. We have a culture of high performers who hold each other accountable and love to compete.”

The competition stays friendly, too. The team genuinely enjoys spending time together, both at work and outside of it. That mix of high standards and real connection is a big part of why the people who grow the fastest here tend to thrive.

Carrying the Momentum Into Q4

As we head into the final months of the year, this week sets the bar. We shared why this is a great time to join in Q4 Loading at John Edwards Inc, and a week like this is a good preview of the energy you’d be walking into.
